I am a new investor in the San Antonio area and I am looking for a local bank to do my refinance throughout my LLC.


I have talked with many local banks but everyone is lending with variable rates. Does anyone know if local banks can refinance with a fixed rate?

Check out Noble Mortgage, I'm currently doing two refinance loans with them and they have investor friendly approach to things. They service San Antonio,  Dallas and Houston
