Help! New investor here!
Hey everyone, I have been a consumer of bigger pockets materials for about 4 years now and I am finally about to make an offer on my first BRRRR property. I do have a question though!
I did a cash out refi on my personal home, and get about $35k out. I have an additional $10k I am willing to put up. I am struggling in finding a loan to purchase the property. Does anyone have any suggestions for loans they used to purchase BRRRR properties in the past? After that, any suggestions on who to go to for the refinance?
