Brrrr help on a multi family
I am trying to get into a property off market deal. What do you guys look for to see if the deal works? 8 rooms total. I was thinking of doing 2 units per floor (3 bedroom 2 baths per unit). It is 3 stories. All windows need replaced, leak from the roof thats been going from a long time. Complete remodel needs to be done from inside. Any advice would appreciate it. Price $250,000
