Refinance when property is titled in LLC
I'm looking to do my first BRRRR but wanted to title the home in my LLC. When I go to refinance, will a bank allow me to refinance while the home is titled in my LLC?

You can use a DSCR loan to refinance. This is a commercial 30Y note for investment properties. This would allow you to keep the property titled in your LLC. These loans are a little different than what you get at a bank, they are more expensive but the process is easier and your LLC or CORP is the actual borrower. Might be something to look into. @Britt Smith
