How to get smell out of stinky unit?
I recently bought a duplex and one of the units will be vacant on possession. Unfortunately, that unit smells like a cat's bathroom. The smell is very, very strong. I am wondering if anyone has experience getting rid of the smell in a unit and could share some tips.
