Hi all,

I'm looking to BRRRR a property in central IL using a heloc to purchase for "cash".

When the work is done, is there still a seasoning period before I can finance the property to pull my cash out?

@Stephanie P. As long as rehab was completed on the project before refinancing we can use the new market value of the property straight away, up to 80% depending on location, no seasoning.
