Hard no’s to buy a property

When rehabbing a project and going through the inspection period if something comes up on the inspection, what are the main problems that make you not want to buy?

I don't know if there is anything that would make me not want to buy, but generally you're looking for big ticket items that will blow your rehab budget out of the water.  Think walls failing the basement, grading issues around the house, those are the major ones I'm looking for when going to a house.  pretty much anything can be fixed its just a matter of how much it will cost and if it fits in your budget.
