Hello - Looking for recommendations on a team of contractors, realtor and project manager who could with the BRRRR strategy. I'm looking to do this remotely so appreciate any leads from who have done this remotely. Appreciate your leads/help.

The most crucial element is the deal. Wether that is from your realtor, or some other lead source. Lenders are in abundance, contractors are going to have to take more time up front vetting.
