BRRRR: How much money do I need

Hi everyone.

I know with the current mortgage rates, the BRRRR strategy has become more difficult to do but still possible.

I wanted to ask if anyone knows the south Florida market and on average how much cash I would need for the purchase and rehab on a distress property?
