Hello BP

Can you use BRRRR Strategy on Turnkey Properties (Condo, Townhouse, and Apartment)?

@Kalp Mehta, typically "turnkey" and BRRRR are mutually exclusive. A BRRRR (Buy, renovate, rent, refi, repeat) is NOT turnkey (already renovated and ready to rent) by common definition. But maybe there is further improvements you could do to help the value of a very rentable property, or maybe, as Kevin noted, there is some operational upside available that isn't really tied to renovating a property, but I would say these are typically not the standard definition of turnkey or BRRRR.
