I recently came into control of two debt-free properties in Birmingham that I'm planning to rehab using the BRRRR strategy. Both need complete overhauls/gut renovations.

What I'm looking for:

• Experienced general contractors who work with investors
• References from other investors who've had success with local GCs
• Tips on Birmingham's permit process

2. Expected timeline for complete gut renovations?
3. Any contractors to avoid?
