How are you using virtual assistants in your long term business?  Does anyone have success with the virtual assistants?  I would like to know your experience and what your recommendations are with using them if business based in southeast and focus is property management?

Many VAs are now gaming the system:

    1) Working multiple jobs

    2) Outsourcing what you assign to them

    3) Using programs to pretend they are working

    4) Really don't care about the work they do, so do bare minimum

If you properly understand all this, you can interview better, track KPIs to track performance and find good workers.

It's no different than screening for good tenants.
