Who is a master with your contractor systems or packages? Do you have forms that they sign that penalize them for going over in time or cost? How do you hold them accountable? Do you have a package you deliver to all contractors or a checklist of expectations? I’m ready to get this figured out! Lesson learned the hard way to many times!
