Calling out all realtors in NY who is also an investor!?
Greeting to all of my fellow real estate investors, realtors and everyone in the industry. I'm looking to purchase my first rental property using the BRRRR STRATEGY! My goal is to build a portfolio of 100 units in 3 years or less. I'm specifically seeking out for realtors in NY (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx) with BRRRR experience and who would guide me through this process since the first house is always the hardest. Let's all eat in this first deal and happy investing folks!
