Can I BRRRR 3 Properties at Once??

Hey Team!

So there's an opportunity to buy 3 duplexes at 185k each all from the same seller. I'd like to BRRRR all of them, but I don't want all of my investment money tied up in the BRRRR process for three properties. At this point, I think the carriage might be coming before the horse in wa ting to buy all three instead of one, cash out, two, cash out, three.

I'm wondering if there is a way to get all three and not tie up 3 times the investment money that is now stuck to the BRRRR process?

I hope I explained this well enough and it makes sense.
