BRRRR in Portland/Salem Oregon

Been ready to start the BRRRR process in the Portland/Salem area, but having a hard time finding low costing homes. The ones we have found, we've placed offers but were outbid. Looked for wholesalers as well and so far only found one with limited inventory that doesn't fit our needs or budget.

Most homes we're getting are from agents from the MLS, but these are no secrets. Everyone's all over them. Any ideas on where we can look? Any pre MLS sites I need to be aware of? Any wholesalers in Oregon? Thanks for reading!

Lots of buyers out there, and with our starter houses being so high, many first time buyers are paying "market value" for fixers. Listen to episodes that talk about driving for dollars, sending out letters. Auctions, short sales, foreclosures, just don't have enough meat on the bone from salem to portland
