Anyone know of TN lenders doing cash out refi’s for Brrrr? I’ve been ghosted by 5 lenders. If I can’t refi our, I’ll have to start canceling Escrow’s.

@Richard Crouch and Account Closed what type of loan are you trying to get? With Fannie/Freddie loans you should be able to get that automatically. I can't speak for every lender but there are certainly lenders that are lending in all 50 states currently for cash out loans. That is, if you are using conventional types of loans. Feel free to ask any additional questions if you need.

We have 70% LTV for a 30yr rental loan. That is the best I have seen given the situation, most 30yr programs are on hold.
