New investor here, just moved from Los Angeles to Jacksonville FL. I’ve been reading about DPA programs but I’m not seeing any listed for Duval County... am I missing something? I need ALL LOCAL FL INVESTORS IN THIS FORUM. How is the investing experience for y’all here? Thanks in advance
