Getting started with a BRRRR with 40k in student loans

I am just out of grad school living in Denver. I have debt, but I have a good occupational income as well. I want to start trying to find a $0 down private/hard money BRRRR deal to get started in RE. Should I focus on paying off my debt first or should I jump into finding a deal and lenders?
