My fiance & I want to start the RE business, planning to buy our first house to live in. We don't have any experience in the field or repairs cost, want to buy a great deal to get value on the house. What kind of loan & how to know if the house, price, area is worth it and what websites to start looking.

I already own a home, paid off and going to rent. Need your advice and recommendations. Thank you!
