When you are buying houses for renting - what age is ok? We are looking at some houses built in 1905 is that super old? What about 1950s?

Thanks for your help

On older houses, most have been upgraded and remodeled in the past. But it may have been long enough ago that they need it again. Just be sure to have a good idea of the structure's condition, any foundation issues and how much needed upgrades are likely to cost. I sometimes think of how many storms a particular house held off over the last 100 years. If it's been standing that long, not likely to fall down anytime soon. Leave your level in the truck though or otherwise you'll be sad.
