Any suggestion on a MF cash out refi lender in San Diego?

Hi San Diego and south CA investors, I am currently working on my first R on my first BRRRR and I have

already started thinking on my next R. I was wondering if anyone with more experience here in San Diego or southern CA would recommend a MF cash out refinance lender. Thanks for your time and help.
