House hacking in Atlanta, GA

Hi BP! Myself and my partners are looking to buy a multi-family in Atlanta, GA this summer (July or August). We are currently building a team there and would love to talk to investors and professionals in the Atlanta market. One question we have is about house hacking, is house hacking popular in ATL? The more information the better!

Are you looking for small multi fam or commercial multi fam? House hacking is popular, but I would say more so w/houses + In law Suites situation, not a lot of straight up small multifam in metro atl. Last I checked there were all of 2 and they were $500K+ price point. @Brenden Mitchum is house hacking currently and a realtor, maybe he can add to the convo.
