How are you going about BRRRR investing near Charlotte NC?

Hey everyone I'm near the Charlotte North Carolina area I would to love hear everyone's story about BRRR Investing. Im 18, and super interested in this pathway and if anyone is near the Charlotte area I would love to hear your processes on how you are doing things. Thank you so much for everyone helps a lot!

Hey Quinton! Although I haven't completed a BRRRR in the Charlotte area myself, I know that there is loads of opportunity for BRRRR's in places such as Concord, Kannapolis, and Gastonia. I know several people who have had great success in these areas. Often times houses can sell from $75k-90k and their ARV can go for anywhere from $100k-175k (depending on the amount of work you want to put into the renovations, location, etc). I just moved into a house hack, and will be starting to look for BRRRR's as well! Feel free to reach out with any questions!
