Hi BP family,

I am just starting out with one rental property under my belt and looking to pivot into Multifamily. My goal is to purchase something this year but I would be grateful for some help since I am relatively new to the area. I am hoping to network with other multifamily investors in the area for insights, recommendations, partnerships, etc. If there are local networking events you recommend please also let me know. Thanks in advance!
