I am at the point in my carrier where I have to make a choice and it's a tough one. I am here in Atlanta with my family and I like the vibe and what the city is all about. I am going to start my carrier in real estate in about couple of years. Since I am a recent college graduate, first want to work for couple of years and save enough for my first investment along with working on becoming an agent. But before I go any further and start my research about the city I want to know from the locals about what they think will be the future of real estate here in Atlanta in about couple of years.

Atlanta is also quickly becoming the "Asian Mecca" of the south as one of the fastest growing Asian population in the nation, similar to that of Los Angeles and New York 20 years ago. As part of my demographics research, I closely monitor the movement of where the Asian money is flowing in metro Atlanta.
