Moving to Detroit, interested in the market as an investor/agent.

My name is Billy Farley, I am an agent with EXP Realty and a real estate investor. I wholesale real estate as well as fix and flip. I’m interested also in buying holds for long-term.

I’m looking to move to Detroit, that market is unlike anything I’ve seen. I was wondering what life might look like as a real estate investor/agent. From what I can tell, Detroit is in a long-term rebound. I’d like to get boots on the ground in the very beginning.

If anyone can offer me any insight that would be great. I plan on moving into the city proper, probably one that makes the top 10 of best neighborhoods in Detroit.

    Hi Bill,

If you are looking to be in the center of the revitalization action I would choose one of the following areas to move into.

    2. Dequindre Cut (Downtown area)
