Hi Everyone,

I apologize in advance if I'm posting this in a totally wrong area. I am a new investor and closed on my first SFR two weeks ago and we are working on getting it rental ready. Pretty excited about this and I am looking to network with other investors in the Tempe, Chandler area. Anybody in this area too?
