any recommended contractors in San Francisco for residential remodel? pls share experience: budget, timeframe, challenges, scope, permits, et al. i've looked at all the forums and cannot find any about san francisco contractors. i know there are many excitement in the city so please share recommendations. thanks in advance for the assistance.
