Looking for a Buy and Hold Investor for a possible subject-to in Chattanooga, TN
I have a co-worker that has a rental property in Chattanooga, TN and he wants to get rid of it. He owes approx. $130,000 and a 2010 appraisal pegged it at $140,000. Brand new roof after a storm knocked a tree down in 2010 (insurance paid for the repairs). It might need some minor repairs, but I'm not sure. I'm doing this for free, I want nothing from the deal. If you're interested, he's going down there to take pictures and see what repairs need to be done. He wants out of the property and doesn't care about getting any money from the deal.
