Chattanooga help - Property Manager needed
Happy new year!!
Had a question for anyone who works in or around Chattanooga, tn.
Looking to purchase a place or 2 there, and wondered if you have any good property managers in that area. In Nashville and Clarksville I have a great manager at 8%, so I'd love to find someone there who is less than 10% as well, but must be a quality manager.
