HI Bigger Pockets Community!

Im a Noob but have been diligently getting my information about Buying and Holding and the various cashflow markets and all the arrows point to K.C. for me. 

Can I ask for recommendations for any Real estate agents that are investor friendly and any wholesalers and P.M.'s -- Im raring to go and would love to see what's out there.
