Electrician and/or Plumber Needed - Montgomery County, PA

I live in the King of Prussia area and have properties in Norristown and Pottstown.  This year I have aggressively grown my real estate portfolio and I now own 8 units which are being rented out.  This year I did 3 pretty substantial rehabs and I limped along with contractors and doing some of the work myself.  I found a really good contractor who does everything except plumbing and electric.  I need an electrician and a plumber who understand the idea of a small job and doesn't try to rebuild the house every time he is called on.  I will have several small jobs throughout the year and a couple bigger ones as well.

Anyone have a referral?
