I'm a buy n hold investor in ft.wayne.. be prepared to move fast,  the true deals are gobbled up quickly. Do a ck on the neighborhood before purchasing, remember there are no bad neighborhoods,  just some are better than others.. and the price should be reflected in diffrent neighborhoods.. ck into the r.e.i. from that meets at the protech bldg 3rd sat of every month at 930 am at corner of sherman n elmer ave.
