I'm starting my real estate endeavors in the near future!!
Hi all!!
I'm new to BP, and I'm really loving the community up here. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment right now with my wife and daughter across from the PNC Arena. I'm starting my real estate investing career in less than yea, so i figured " Why not start building connections now!"
I want to know everything from:
.What are some great areas to look into?
.Whose a reliable Property Manager in the area?
.I would like a great Contractor to keep on file for the future.
.I would also like to keep a good accountant and real estate lawyer in my corner if there are any in the community.
I'm happy to be apart of of the community, and look forward to establishing many connections.
