Investor here. First BP post. Looking to network with other commercial developers in the Tampa Bay Area. Feel free to add and message me. Always interested in meeting other like minded investors.
Also wondering what some opinions are on the future growth of the Pasco County area? Most of it looks to be in Wesley Chapel/Trinity Area. What about North West Pasco/South West Hernando? Seems like some interesting projects going on with Sun West Park and Harbor Town. Last I heard the Pasco Tourism Director was planning to put a lot of energy toward it in 2017-2018. Is that true?
