Looking to Invest in Pensacola Florida

Hello BP,

We will be moving to the Pensacola area soon and we're looking to buy a house to live in (IE move in ready for the most part) and then rent out in the future . What are some good neighborhoods that we should look at? (Areas that provide cash flow, but are safe enough for a family). Any suggestions? I do know that the area around the airport/mall tends to be a better area.

I recommend East Hill, Downtown, Cordova Park or Gulf Breeze.
