posted over 3 years agoHi everyone, My name is Michael Kantar and I have very little experience with real estate and I am willing to learn from you guys for free, for help in return. I have experience with finding great deals for some friends, wether it be a rental, flip, etc., and I want to get to learn more about the real estate business with the help of you guys. I would be able to do anything you'd like me to as well as shadowing to see certain strategies you use. So what I'm looking for is anybody who would be willing to teach me about real estate as well as somebody who would let me work with them so I can learn the ins and outs of real estate. I am very motivated to learn as much as possible, and would greatly appreciate all the help I can get. I have read a couple of books, listened to some podcasts, and read countless forums and those have motivated me to a whole other level to get into real estate and become successful . I live in westchester county in New York and I'm looking for anybody willing to take me under there wing wether it would be in state in New York or out of state in the tri-state area to help people out for free for real estate advice in return.

replied over 3 years ago@Aqil Dharamsey at this point I am looking to learn as much as I can about real estate through experience, but after when I am ready to invest I would like to start out in buy in holds preferably more upstate in New York, and eventually come down here in the westchester and Bronx area where I am living now. Once I start building a steady cash flow I would like to start doing the more risky things in real estate like fix and flips.but for the next 6-12 months I would just like to get the experience down and learn as much as I can about real estate before I dive head first into the action.

replied over 3 years agoI may try wholesaling as well in the beginning to learn about that certain area of investing and build capital right from the start.

Ok let's talk. Figure out what exactly you mean by "real estate" as that Is very broad meaning. There are many avenues of real estate. I invest mainly in upstate NY so I would be able to teach you some stuff.
