Hey BP!

I'm driving down to Norfolk Virginia today with a friend couple and my wife. My friends are relocating because of his job and we are looking at houses. Thought while down there I would see what the investment market is like. I know the area is pretty transient given the military population so thought the rental maker might be pretty good but wanted to get your thoughts!

PS. I'm a realtor who feels naked without my MLS access in a foreign land. I'm all about other online resources like Zillow and Realtor.com but not sure the best one for investment properties.
