My friend is looking to purchase a multi family unit in Queens around the $300-$400k range. They are willing to go as far as an hour and a half from the city.  Can anyone recommend a good agent?

$300-400k?! Multis are going for closer to $1 million unless you looking to get something in the “hood”.
