Hi!

I'm an expat newbie investor and  bigger pockets newbie, living oversees in Austria and I am very interested in investing in SFHs between 50-100K in the Columbus, OH area focusing on Buy and Hold (rentals).

Currently I am looking to build connections to home-in on interesting opportunities as well as to start building a team local to the area. Looking forward to meeting some of the locals here!
