Building a Team in Rochester NY
Hello! I'm am new to real estate investing and would like to connect with others in my area of Rochester NY.
I have been consuming every bit of information I can from both BP podcasts, forums and multiple books.
I am an Army Veteran so I'm not afraid of hard work! I have a fairly decent income from my job and want to spend the next 10 years building a real estate portfolio. Although I have not chosen a specific strategy, I am focusing on multi family/duplex/triplex/apartments. I would not be opposed to single family either if the numbers worked.
