Looking for Real Estate Agents advice. I have a Lot in Mancelona, Michigan and I had been thinking to Develop it. I paid 350.00 per year for HOA. This lot is just sitting there and Generally speaking I’m loosing money on it. I’ve never been there, never seen the place all I know my lot is nearby Golf course. PLEASE HELP!
