Starting a Management Company
Hi- so two people have asked my fiance and I to manage their properties. We absolutely want to pursue this. Can u give us some input into what we should be charging? So far we have the 1st months rent, and 8% of the monthly rent per month. However we are not sure what services this fee should cover. Do we provide a fee schedule for service? And what additional fees should we be considering, in addition to what we're charging? Any input is welcomed.
