Looking to purchase a BRRR in Indianapolis within the next few months and have heard a few horror stories about bad property management(I'm OOS). Was wondering if any of my fellow Indianapolis investors had any recommendations on PM.

@Nicole Hoss Thanks for the reply! I'm currently in NYC, I've been doing a bit of networking on BP and plan to head to indy within the next month or 2 to view apartments as well as get a feel for the area. I would love to hear more about your TK experience. From all the accounts I've read, it doesnt leave much room for cashflow.
