Hi all, My wife and I live in California and are looking to invest in single-family homes / multi-unit properties in the Dallas market (likely utilizing buy-and-hold / BRRRR strategy). I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for good neighborhoods to invest in? (Good schools, decent commute to major employers, etc.) Any advice is much appreciated!
