Hi everyone I’m new to the investment world I’m currently a college student pursuing a engineering degree in the Charlotte area and I’m looking to purchase a small multi family duplex to fourplex is there anyone on here that’s familiar with the area that’s willing to be a mentor? Any help will be greatly appreciate it.

There are lots of active Charlotte area investors here.  Be sure to add "Charlotte" as one of your Key Word Alerts to see lots of relevant posts for our area.  

I too am an engineer so I know you have your hands full with school, but BiggerPockets is a great resource to add to your education.  If you ever have any questions feel free to reach out, and I can see if I can help or at least help point you in the right direction.
