Escrow or RE Lawyer in or near Seattle, WA to do Sub2 Transaction

Can anyone point me to an escrow agent or real estate lawyer in or near Seattle, Washington State to handle a Sub2 deal?

A Seattle homeowner in foreclosure has agreed to sell to me Sub2. His auction date is Feb 8th. His lender has agreed to accept reinstatement amount to stop foreclosure. But I haven't been able to find someone to handle the transaction.
