Currently have 7 doors, and looking for another 10-15 (SF or multi-family) properties by year-end. I generally have found deals through the MLS and another local real estate investor. I have great credit, capital, and lenders already in place if-needed. Would love to connect and talk more with "trustworthy" locals in the Akron or Canton area.
