Miami Real Estate Investors?
Hi, I have thought about buying my first property and am overwhelmed with the amount of information out there.
My short term goal is to buy a primary property in order to stop paying someone else's mortgage and in the long run we would like to invest in a 2nd home to have some passive income.
Currently the prices in Miami are quite inflated which makes it a little intimidating to even take a step forward,
I was hoping you all would be able to provide some tips and things to consider when starting this venture..
